RETURN SHIPPING

For approved change-of-mind returns, return shipping arrangements will depend on the product and supplier return process.

Where a return label is provided, we will give you the relevant return instructions after your return request is approved.

Any customer-paid return shipping costs that apply will be communicated before the return is processed.

Where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by the Australian Consumer Law, we will handle reasonable return costs as required by law.
